What makes an elite summer STEM camp?
When we looked for other camps offering similar types of STEM learning over the summer months, we found them but there were some significant differences. Other camps:

-had very limited availability (~6-10 students)
-did not provide transportation or food
-were only accessible for specific grade levels and excluded high school students
-were only half-day or less or less than a full week.
-cost~$350-500 per individual
Lifting Pacific County Students
Students in the Ocean Beach School District are outstanding. Many have natural talents in STEM but like most rural communities - they have limited access to these fields/experiences. The mission of this organization is to inspire our students to pursue higher education. The STEM learning/challenges we provide in our summer camps help them build these skills, elevate their aspirations, and gain an edge in an ever-changing world of technology. The generous partnerships and support of individuals in our community are making this vision possible and bridging this gap for our students who normally could not access this type of learning.

We provide full-day, week-long STEM camps that include transportation and meals for all of our attendees. We offer this at no cost to local OBSD students.

Additionally, the scholarships we provide as part of our Student Internship program help us to empower former students as assistant teachers and coaches.

Sponsorship & Donors
If you are interested in supporting our camps/students, please know that businesses sponsoring one or more students ($500/attendee) will have the opportunity to have their logo included here on our site. Any businesses or organization supporting four or more students can have their logo added to one or more of our robotics competition arenas. Individuals and families who support our program are included on this page and updated monthly.
